The $100 payment is to make your reservation only. It will be deducted from your final payment. Please read the following details fully before placing your order:
 
This is an order for 1/2 a beef which will be processed next in May 2025.
 
Our price is $2.25/lb liveweight.  We aim for 1,000-1,200lbs.  
Liveweight =             1,000lbs-    Keephills farm bills at $2.25/lb = $1,125/half
Hanging weight =      600lbs-    Quality Meats (the processor) bills at $0.70/lb =$210
Takehome weight  =  360lbs - 
This means you will take home 180lb of beef per half for $1,335 total cost, making meat price $7.41/lb after everything. 
 
For Comparables, our pricing comes out to $3.75/lb hanging weight.
 
If you are comfortable filling out your own cut sheet please select the "fill my own" option, otherwise we can tailer the cut sheet to several options, or use our standard cut sheet to get you a bit of everything fairly evenly.
 
Your final payment will be due when you pick up meat from the processor, we will send an invoice when the processor has sent us the weight.
 
The deposit you pay goes against your final payment.
 
Pick up of meat will be approximately 2-3 weeks after we drop off, to allow for proper dry aging of meat. We will keep you updated when the processor informs us.
